Returns & refund policy

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by direct bank payment (all most commonly used banks in Finland) and most common bank/ credit cards.

The payments are operated by Stripe.com, Inc in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In credit card and bank statements, the payment recipient is Stripe, Inc., that forwards the payment to Sarianna Niskala Design.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Sarianna Niskala purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Sarianna Niskala is not responsible for the return costs, the customer pays the return costs themselves. Message our team by email info@sariannaniskala.com for instructions for ordering and paying for returns of your order.

Return policy does not apply to made-to-order products.

EXHANGES

We do not administer exchanges of items that are purchased online. If you want to purchase a different item or color – please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online store. Note that all our products are onesize.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you receive faulty / wrong item, you may return your order or exchange it to another item within 15 days from the purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Unfortunately, Sarianna Niskala Design cannot offer free returns at this time. However, we will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Only unworn, unwashed products returned within 15 days or defective items can be returned for full refund. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
