The terms apply when you purchase an item from this website and we therefore ask you to accept the Terms of Service every time you shop with us.

ORDERS

You can purchase Sarianna Niskala Design products from sariannaniskala.com webshop. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order. Each products delivery time is mentioned below the product details. Mentioned delivery times are estimated delivery times and the real delivery time may vary depending of delivery destination etc.

We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop is exactly same in reality. The color of the products can be reflected in different ways depending on your screen settings and device which is used.

If you have any problems with your transaction or you don’t receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us via email or phone.

When you place an order on www.sariannaniskala.com you testify that the purchase is for your personal use only. If Sarianna Niskala Design in its sole discretion suspects that these Terms and Conditions are not obeyed Sarianna Niskala Design reserves the right to cancel any order or limit the sales of our products. Sarianna Niskala Design may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SIZING

Our onesize measurements are based on Scandinavian sizing system, cm measurements are provided in the product description and details.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by direct bank payment (all most commonly used banks in Finland) and most common bank/ credit cards.

The payments are operated by Stripe.com, Inc in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In credit card and bank statements, the payment recipient is Stripe, Inc., that forwards the payment to Sarianna Niskala Design.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Sarianna Niskala purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Sarianna Niskala is not responsible for the return costs, the customer pays the return costs themselves. Message our team by email info@sariannaniskala.com for instructions for ordering and paying for returns of your order.

Return policy does not apply to made-to-order products.

EXHANGES

We do not administer exchanges of items that are purchased online. If you want to purchase a different item or color – please return the purchased item and place a new order in the online store. Note that all our products are onesize.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you receive faulty / wrong item, you may return your order or exchange it to another item within 15 days from the purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Unfortunately, Sarianna Niskala Design cannot offer free returns at this time. However, we will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Only unworn, unwashed products returned within 15 days or defective items can be returned for full refund. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising. All disputes which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.

The payments are operated by Squarespace.com and Stripe.com in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In credit card and bank statements, the payment recipient is Stripe, Inc, that forwards the payment to Sarianna Niskala Design.

PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 25,5%. Finnish VAT is included regardless the shipping address. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

Shipping costs will be added to orders. We are based in Finland and all our products are shipped from our Helsinki studio to the customer.

Orders are sent via Finnish Post or PostNord.
